Threshold Compass offers three ways to work together. The right one depends on where you are, what you need, and how much capacity you have today. If you are not sure which is right for you, start with the introductory conversation. It is free, it is not a sales call, and you will leave it knowing more than you came in with.
One
The introductory conversation
Forty-five minutes, at no charge. We will talk about what is happening in your life and what you are trying to figure out. If Threshold Compass is the right fit, we will discuss next steps. If it is not, we will discuss what might be.
Two
The orientation engagement
The first ninety days. The foundational engagement for most clients. We do not execute anything in these ninety days. We take an honest inventory of where you are, what you own, what you owe, what you fear, and what you want. You leave with clarity, a short list of decisions you will make in the next six months, and a longer list of the decisions that can wait.
Three
The ongoing partnership
After orientation, some clients transition into ongoing coaching and planning support. This is where the deeper work happens. Quarterly conversations, structured check-ins at key decision points, and a standing invitation to reach out when life changes.
A note on pricing
Threshold Compass is fee-only. You will know the cost of every engagement before you begin it. No commissions. No hidden fees. No pressure to extend the work beyond what serves you. Specific fees are discussed in the introductory conversation and reflected in writing in your engagement letter.
