You Are at a Threshold. Financial clarity for women navigating the moments that change everything.

Ā

For Fellow Advisors

A note on why I built what I built, how the practice runs, and the tools behind it.

Most of what exists at Threshold Compass was built because I needed it and could not find it. A behavioral planning framework grounded in real client patterns rather than personality typing. A coaching workflow that respects regulatory boundaries while still meeting women where they are in transition. A digital infrastructure that runs without a development team behind it. If any of that sounds familiar, you are probably the reason this page exists.

I do not believe this work is done well in isolation. If you are building something thoughtful, I want to see it, compare notes, and be useful where I can.

What follows are six ways to engage, from a no-cost peer call through paid sessions, demonstrations, and a customized build. Conversations are billed at an hourly rate. The Advisor Voice Engine is a fixed-price build. Start wherever fits, and use the scheduling and contact links at the bottom of the page when you are ready.

A note on what you're seeing. I am an advisor first, and I also run my own admin and marketing. The framework, the workflows, the social content, the systems behind this practice, what you see is all me. That is part of why these conversations tend to land. I am not describing something a team built for me. I am describing what I built and run myself, inside the same constraints you are working under.

Peer Conversation

A no-cost call for fiduciary advisors, planners, financial coaches, and CDFA peers building something deliberate.

I am happy to talk about the Financial Wealthstyle Archetypes framework. How it was developed, how it functions clinically, how the thirteen archetypes and eight Healing Paths map onto Klontz money script research and polyvagal theory, and where the framework holds up cleanly versus where I have had to keep refining it.

I am also open about practice structure and process. How designations are chosen, how Compass Calls are scoped, what intake looks like, how composite client narratives meet disclosure standards, and how the documentation flows.

I am not selling on this call. I am not recruiting. I am interested in how other practitioners are solving the problems I am solving, and I am willing to share what I have learned alongside learning from what you're willing to share with me.

This call is no cost. Schedule it using the link at the bottom of the page, or send me a note if you would rather reach out first.

Practitioner Hour: AI and Technology Inside the B/D Ecosystem

One focused hour for advisors and staff who want to get more out of the broker-dealer approved AI tools they already pay for.

The reason this conversation tends to be useful is that I am an advisor first. I know the workload, the workflow, and the supervisory rules you are operating under. I run financial planning, manage technology integration, serve as branch manager, and process my own client administrative paperwork. I run the reports, place the money movement, update the plan, and keep the CRM clean myself. That means I can help you or your staff use the same tools more efficiently rather than handing you theory from outside the work.

The hour shapes itself to what you need. We can walk through the prompt library and the logic behind how I build prompts. We can structure your voice in ChatGPT and generate the code block that drops cleanly into Jump's personalization fields. We can review your stack inside the B/D ecosystem for BOSP alignment and sequence an AI integration strategy that will not get held up in compliance review. If Box.ai, Microsoft Copilot, or Adobe's AI tools are part of your environment, we can look at where they earn their keep. And if you want to automate social content in your own voice, my LinkedIn and Instagram feeds are the working sample, including how I pair ChatGPT-generated content with Canva templates so visual cadence does not run on personal effort alone.

Bring one focused question or several.

The rate is $500 per hour, and you can add hours if the topic needs more room. To arrange your hour, use the scheduling and payment links at the bottom of the page. Your scheduled appointment will be confirmed once payment is received.

Strategic Workflow Demonstration: Four AI Tools, One Meeting System

A demonstration for advisors and staff who already have AI tools in their B/D ecosystem and want to see them function together rather than in isolation.

Most advisors I talk to are running two or three AI tools in parallel without a connecting workflow between them. The transcription tool does not talk to the CRM. The summary tool does not feed the planning software. Compliance review happens after the fact rather than inside the workflow itself. The result is duplicated effort, scattered documentation, and time that quietly disappears across the meeting cycle.

This demonstration shows how four separate AI tools integrate, compliantly, into one meeting system that runs from pre-meeting preparation through post-meeting documentation, plan update, and CRM entry. In my own practice, the integrated system removes more than two hours of work per client meeting. I walk through the actual workflow using composite, fictionalized client documentation, showing where each tool plugs in, what stays manual, what is automated, and how supervisory and recordkeeping requirements are met at each stage.

The session adapts to format. Sixty minutes works for an advisor team or branch office training. Ninety minutes allows a working session with guided implementation time. I also deliver this as a conference or study group breakout, scaled to the audience. The demonstration stays inside commonly approved tools so the workflow is portable across firms, with notes on where firm-specific configurations would extend it further.

Participants leave with a documented version of the workflow they can hand to staff, the specific points where compliance review is built in rather than bolted on, and a realistic read on what their team can implement in the next thirty days versus what needs longer integration.

The rate is $500 per hour, scaled to the session length. To arrange an hour, use the scheduling and payment links at the bottom of the page. Your scheduled appointment will be confirmed once payment is received.

Study Groups: Create, Lead, and Moderate Your Own

For an advisor who wants to build a peer or client study group that people actually return to, and keep it running past the first few sessions.

Starting a study group is easy. Keeping one alive is the part most advisors underestimate. I currently run four, on weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences, each with its own purpose, format, and rhythm. Running them across those different intervals has taught me what holds a group together over time and what quietly causes one to fade, and that is most of what this conversation is about.

We can work through the questions that decide whether a group lasts. How to choose a cadence that matches the group's purpose rather than your enthusiasm in month one. How to set the format so conversation actually happens instead of one person presenting to a silent room. How to moderate the dynamics, the over-talker, the drift, the group that goes quiet, so the room stays useful. How to handle the regulatory and recordkeeping side cleanly when the group includes clients or prospects rather than peers. And how to know when a group has run its course versus when it just needs a reset.

I share what works across all four of mine, what I would set up differently if I were starting again, and how to size the commitment so leading a group adds to your practice rather than becoming one more thing you cannot sustain.

The rate is $500 per hour. To arrange your hour, use the scheduling and payment links at the bottom of the page. Your scheduled appointment will be confirmed once payment is received.

Advisor Voice Engine: Build Your Own, or Have Me Build It

For an advisor who has heard me describe my Advisor Voice Engine and wants one that captures their voice and aims it at the audiences they actually serve.

If you have heard me talk about my Advisor Voice Engine, here is what it actually is. It is a structured prompt architecture that does two things at once. First, it captures how you write and speak, your cadence, your word choices, the things you will and will not say, so the output sounds like you rather than the flat default voice every AI tool reaches for first. Second, and this is the part most voice tools miss, it tunes that voice to a specific audience. The same advisor does not speak to a recently widowed client the way she speaks to a divorcing executive or a peer advisor or a prospect at a community event. The engine holds your voice steady while shifting the language, framing, and emphasis to land with the particular audience you are writing for.

That is why it works across more than one brand or demographic. If you serve distinct audiences, or operate more than one entity the way I do, the engine can be built to carry a consistent core voice while speaking correctly to each one, rather than forcing every audience through the same generic tone. It is not voice conversion alone. It is voice plus targeting, built to flex.

Once it is built, it produces LinkedIn posts, emails, scripts, and client-facing language on a consistent basis, matched to the audience you choose, without your having to rewrite the output every time. It is the reason my feeds stay in my voice while running on a fraction of the effort they used to take.

There are two ways to do this together. In the hands-on version, I share the framework behind the engine, the six factors I build into it, and the logic for why each one matters, and then we build yours. We work through how you sound, what makes your voice recognizable, who your distinct audiences are, and where most advisors accidentally flatten their own tone or speak to every audience the same way. I help you assemble the prompt structure and generate the working code block, so you leave with an engine that runs, not notes toward one you still have to figure out.

In the done-for-you version, I build it for you. You give me source material that shows how you write and speak, your posts, your emails, recordings, whatever carries your real voice, along with a sense of the audiences and brands you serve, and I construct the engine and hand it back to you ready to use, with a short walkthrough so you know how to run it and adjust it over time.

The reason either path works is the same reason the rest of my work does. I built mine myself, inside the same supervisory and platform constraints you operate under, so what you get is portable and realistic rather than theoretical.

The Advisor Voice Engine is a fixed $1,500 build, whether we do it hands-on together or I build it for you. That reflects the depth of the work, capturing your voice accurately and tuning it to each audience you serve takes more than a single working hour, and the engine you walk away with is yours to run indefinitely. To arrange your build, use the scheduling and payment links at the bottom of the page (additional billing will be sent upon the first consult). Your scheduled appointment will be confirmed once payment is received.

FINRA Expungement: A Candid Conversation

For an advisor going through the FINRA expungement process, or weighing whether to pursue it.

This is not a coaching offer and it is not legal advice. It is one practitioner being candid with another about what the process actually required. The timeline from start to finish. The points where I needed an attorney and the points I was able to handle on my own. The documentation that mattered, the documentation that did not, and the parts of the experience that no one prepares you for emotionally or professionally.

I was unable to find this kind of plain conversation when I was going through it. Most of what is publicly available is either marketing copy from law firms or procedural summaries that leave out the human reality of carrying a mark on your record while you continue to serve clients. If you are sitting with that right now, a real conversation with someone on the other side of it may be more useful than another article.

I do charge for this call. The fee offsets stepping away from client meetings, and there are only so many working hours in a week. I ask that the conversation stays between us. I will hold the same in return.

The rate is $500 per hour.Ā To arrange your hour, use the scheduling and payment links at the bottom of the page. Your scheduled appointment will be confirmed once payment is received.

A note on transparency. In addition to Threshold Compass Strategies, I serve clients through Wisconsin Advisors, an LPL Financial-affiliated investment advisory practice. The two entities are operated separately and disclosed accordingly. I mention it here because peers asking about practice structure should know the full picture from the start.
