THE FRAMEWORK
The Stones of the Framework
Thirteen stones for thirteen women. Why the framework carries them at all.
Why a framework about money carries stones
The stones are not decoration, and they are not magic. A stone will not fix a financial problem. What it can do is hold an idea in a form you can keep in your hand.
Each of the thirteen archetypes is paired with a stone chosen for the quality that archetype most needs to access, the strength she sometimes forgets she carries, or the permission she has not yet given herself. The stone is a tangible anchor for the woman she is becoming. When a financial decision feels hard, it sits there as a physical reminder of what she is building toward. That is the whole reason the framework includes them.
The thirteen stones
Lapis Lazuli — the Steward. Wisdom and quiet mastery. Her care is not caution.
Rose Quartz — the Protector. Compassion and self-care. The one who protects everyone is worth protecting too.
Moonstone — the Visionary. Intuition and new beginnings. Ambition balanced with patience.
Clear Quartz — the Seeker. Clarity and trust. You already know enough.
Amazonite — the Caregiver. Boundaries held with love. You are allowed a plan for yourself too.
Garnet — the Achiever. Endurance, and knowing when to pause.
Citrine — the Harmonizer. Warmth and the confidence to know your own worth.
Carnelian — the Creative. Creative courage. Your work has worth. Name the number.
Aquamarine — the Guardian. Clear communication and the courage for the conversations that matter.
Green Aventurine — the Explorer. Opportunity and readiness, partners rather than opposites.
Smoky Quartz — the Anchor. Grounding and steadiness. The ground is still here.
Amethyst — the Luminary. Higher purpose, and protection for those who lead with their whole heart.
Labradorite — the Threshold. Hidden light. The Compass Stone, and the one that unites all thirteen.
One stone holds them all
Twelve of the stones belong to a single archetype. The thirteenth, labradorite, belongs to the Threshold and also to the whole framework, because every woman has stood at a threshold at some point in her financial life. It is the Compass Stone, the one that unifies the rest.
If you want the full story of any single stone, the Compass Stones page holds a fuller description of each, and the Compass Stone page is devoted to labradorite on its own.
